The Selection Process
Selecting Valuable Ideas
- Will focus on two main issues: technical possibility of turning an initial idea into a product & assessment of potential market
- Risk management by creating two selection filters: one in Romania to cover the technical aspect and potential market and a second one in the US to double research on potential market and development cost & funding sources
- Selected ideas will need the approval of 0-DAY CAPITAL, both at Executive Management and Board of Directors level
- Product budgeting and initial idea valuation – selected ideas will go trough a process of product development budgeting, idea forecast/valuation, 0-DAY CAPITAL support valuation, all this turning into a business proposition to the selected ideas holders
- Execution of Partnership legal documents. Final selected ideas will go trough a negotiation process where a Special Purpose Vehicle will be incorporated with the participation of each idea holder(s) and 0-DAY CAPITAL. Ownership over the ideas shall be transferred to the SPV trough the transaction documents and as well, final products shall be internationally patented and registered in the name of the SPV

- 0-DAY CAPITAL support will also include a dedicated management & logistic team
- 0-DAY CAPITAL will provide, through our partners, with no additional cost for the SPV all range of legal, taxes and intellectual property registration services
Business development
Taking The Product to an Income Generating Business
- 0-DAY CAPITAL is going to put its own specialists effort at work in supporting financing to take the product at an income generating business level (including but not limited to pitching with VC and/or OTC financing institutions, legal & investment banking services to negotiatie transaction structure and budgeting at marketing & operational expenses level).
- 0-DAY CAPITAL will take care of the entire process for the registration of the operational company in local jurisdictions where the business is going to be operated (in most cases US or S-E Asia). This will include operational company incorporation, office relocation if necessary and HR services to hire appropriate local specialist and operational management team.
- Our dedicated team will continuously supervise together with the ideas holders the ongoing business up to the exit level
- Our dedicated investment bankers team will assist the entire exit process whether this is going to be directed towards private equity or an IPO
- All these will be at all times a team effort where both 0-DAY CAPITAL and the ideas holders will be part of the decision making process
